Extreme Turbo Systems was founded in 2003 with one goal in mind: To provide the best Turbo and Intercooler Equipment at a fair price and in a short amount of time. While providing these services we will treat each customer with integrity and respect, there is no job too big or too small and we are here to help every customer to the best of our ability.
The manufacturing facility at extreme turbo has been developed solely for the production of intercooler and turbo kits. Our shop includes a full sheet metal shop, Machine shop, tube fabrication shop, powder coat system, welding shop, small foundry, engineering department , and shipping/receiving dept. Each department has dedicated employees that are experts in their field. We master all processes that we do and are proud of our work. A quick look around our shop and along side the skilled labor you will find name brand industrial tools at work every day. Our Welding shop features 2 Lincoln Pulsed Tig Welders, a Lincoln Programmable Pulse on Pulse Mig welder, a small Lincoln Mig welder for tacking. The sheet metal shop includes a Jet Brake, A Shear, Slip Roll, and Box-Pan Brake. At the heart of our facility is an an Eaton Leonard VB300HD CNC Mandrel Bending Machine, and 2 Lincoln Tig Welders
Extreme Turbo Systems was founded in 2003 by JR Perrott who recognized a need for good quality, bolt on intercooler kits at a fair price for both import and domestic vehicles alike. It was through Mr. Perrott’s own experience with fitting a 1000hp v8 into a 1991 300zx that he realized there was no company that could supply a high flow, high efficiency, good quality intercooler to suit his needs, and much less do it in a short time frame. Using his aerospace and racing industry references, he built his own turbo and intercooler system and soon began selling these parts.
